Our Philosophy
Morgan Place is 100% Canadian family-owned and operated by the Ahmon Family. Our sister facility is Fleetwood Place in Surrey. By dealing with owner-operators with over 20 years experience in residential care, you can be sure your needs and your desires are completely catered to.
The Ahmon family together with our managers believe in providing leadership by example and by working closely together in day-to-day operations. This proactive team approach allows leadership to participate at all levels, decisions to be quickly made when required and enabling the organization to be more efficient and serves as a prime motivation for all staff.
We believe that our residents and staff are part of one family. We apply a resident centered approach to all aspects of care and aim to provide a safe, comfortable homey ambiance that enhances quality of life. We also strive to maintain an enjoyable working environment for all our staff whom we value as the organization’s asset.
